i currently have 2 nanny jobs,one i work 20 weeks of the year for 2 full days,then the rest of year only 2 hours,does anyone know whether 3 to 4 days annual leave is enough for this?and when they go on holiday nd i have no annual leave lshould they pay me if im still willing to work?

I'm sure that you should be entitled to annual leave but really if they are going on holiday and you can still work then they should be paying you anyway.
I'd speak to them and see what they say.
I'd try and make them them see that they wouldn't accept it if their employers did it to them. Good luck.
